Built upon Baratza's award-winning legacy, the Vario+ is purposefully designed to delight coffee enthusiasts with consistent performance across a full range of grind settings.

Featuring time-based dosing down to the tenth of a second, with three programmable time presets to simplify your daily workflow, the Vario+ is equipped with 54mm flat ceramic burrs and your choice of grounds bin or metal portaholder to satisfy your grinding preferences.

The easy-to-read backlit LCD display and intuitive control panel make it easy to start your day on the right foot, with 220 available settings for a super precise dial-in. With an upgraded metal grind chamber and adjustment knobs for improved grind quality, consistency and usability, the Vario+ is the answer to your multipurpose grinding needs.

To complement your coffee setup, the Vario+ is available in your choice of Black or White.
FEATURES

Durable 54mm flat ceramic burrs from commercial burr manufacturer, Ditting.

Upgraded metal grind chamber for improved grind quality and consistency.

Macro/micro grind adjustment with 220 distinct settings and customizable calibration allows for fine-tuning with ease.

Front mounted control panel with LED display is easy and intuitive. Three programmable buttons allow for one-touch time-based dosing to within 0.1 second (about 0.2g) so you can maximize your workflow.

A powerful, high torque DC motor effortlessly drives the burrs, turning slowly for a cool, quiet operation while permitting longer grinding cycles. The circuitry is equipped with an automatically resetting thermal cutoff switch.

The Vario+ is factory calibrated to ensure an accurate range of grind, and provides exceptional performance at finer settings in particular. The burrs can be easily calibrated using the special calibration tool that comes with the grinder.

Includes a heavy-duty Metal PortaHolder and a regular 180g grounds bin.
